Anyone else freak out the first time they drove over a fresh (and I mean fresh) paved section of asphalt in their Evo?

I'm used to our tires kicking up every little rock in the road, but man, it sounded like the underbody was being pelted with biblical hail.

 

Our tires are super soft, therefore when they get hot, they turn into double sided tape. They'll pick about everything up off the road.

 

learn to love the rock chip, they are inevitable

 

you got AWD avoid the pavement and go off roading!
