Swift Spring replacement, how long and torques?

I am a mechanically inclinded individual and I have experience with automobiles (FFR Cobra, 911 rebuild). I have looked over the how to tutorial on replacing the stock springs with aftermarket pieces (in my case Swifts). Does anyone know about how long a job this is? Also, does anyone know of a decently reliable source for torque specifications on the Evo in general, though specifically the suspension? Thanks!

Took me about 2 hrs. Evomoto.com has a good how-to with the specs in it.

I had a friend help me. I did one side, he did the other. We had the suspension off the car in about 10 minutes. Springs onto the shocks in about 30 minutes, and back on the car in 5-10mintes. We even took our time.

The install is cake.

I wish I had friends that I could rely on to properly reassemble. It takes forever to do jobs like this on you own. Not hard, just time consuming.
