I liked the ride out of the Eibach springs a bit more than the H&R's. The Eibach springs generally wont drop the car as much as H&R springs will, but this helps a bit in the ride quality and makes them a bit more everydayable. If you dont care about ride (cars ride a bit hard anyway) and want a bit more performance and looks, go with the H&R's. Both are great quality items it just depends on what you really want. Another important part of the puzzle is what shocks you match with the springs. The more aggressive the springs performance and drop, the more performance oriented shock you want to have. If not properly tuned, the spring can overpower the shock resulting in a very poor ride. To see all the suspension items we offer, click on the following link:

Are these springs specific to the stock shocks? I'd like to lower a little bit, but keep the same characteristics. Are the stock shocks capable of running 1" lower?

keep in mind though that your tire selection will play a role... as not all tires that are 245 wide are all the same width... some are larger by .1 or .2"...

There're pictures of my car with the Eibach pro-kit under my profile that available for you to view the look of Evo with about 1" lower in the rear and 1.5" in front.
