I removed my front strut to install my new springs and noticed that the upper mount seemed to have a little play when the strut was off the car. I was wondering if this is normal?
I know the bearing is isolated in rubber so there s some flex but the bearing seemed to jiggle around a fraction of an inch. This was with the nut still tight and stock spring still assembled, never removed. I even checked to make sure the nut was tight, it was.
