so ive thrown away the manual and everything... so i have no idea how to make things better...

lately ive been driving the car, and it seems a bit bouncey, i hit a bump on the highway, and it would just bounce like a stripper during a lapdance... i was going to make it softer to correct it? tell me what i should do and which screw to turn to make it better... btw : i check to see if the shock was blown, and they arent...
