Exclamation Rims + Tires Help

Here is a picture of my car, lowered on Tein Flex coilovers (really low) currently wearing OZ Superleggeras 19x8 rims and 235/35/19 tires. +40 offset and a 3mm spacer to clear the calipers.

I just had all 4 corners rolled so I'm looking to get an 18x9.5 rim all around with a sick offset and a nice wide tire to come out to the edge of my fenders. I want a black rim with red lip (Time Attack)! I see sooo many people with sooo many different setups that it just confuses the hell outa me!!!

ok, if you are keeping stock fenders and doing an 18x9.5, you are going to have a near impossible time fitting anything below a +22 offset.
My choice was a 18x9.5 ce28 in a +30 with a 255/35/18 tire, the tire is just a street tire so its just some crappy yokohama but even with that i has a few rubbing issues with highly rolled fenders. The ce28 is a sick combo and i would totally reccomend it, for an agressive tire, the RA-1 is a track tire dont get it unles you are planning on roadracing/ autoxing your car a lot on those wheels. with the Ra-1's tread ware, you will be lucky to get 5000 miles on it and it will be terrible in the rain. The Falken is a great reasonably priced tire. other agressive tires that are streetable and better performing than the falken are the Bridgestone Re01r and the Yokohama Advan Neova. if the car is just a street car and you want a good reliable tire i would personally get something like a Bridgestone KD-W they look good, and have decent performance for street driving plus a longer treat life.

Good luck,
If you want to see pics of an 18x9.5 +30 ce28 with a 255/35 heres a link to some pics i took.

Time Attacks are played out I think, even though it will match the color scheme of your car.
