Problem with Robispec endlinks

Just got a Robispec sway bar. It came with end links but the links aren't quite right. 2 bolts with the spherical bearing end don't thread into the end link shaft. Is there a simple fix for this or should I just get a replacement? I tried calling Robert but there was no answer so I just left a message asking if it was possible to get a replacement. Anyone else have this problem?

Now that that "problem" is solved. Anyone have instructions for the Robispec rear sway? All I have is a bag of hardware for both the bar and end links. No clue what pieces go for what.
