If you are looking for DD with occasional auto X or some roadrace set up, you might want to check this thread.

Occasional AX? Some road race?

I AX about once a month sometimes two events if there is one. Track wise I get out as much as my bank account will let me.

Swifts are a great spring. Check out the reviews in that link. Or post up here if you have any questions

The Swift Spec R springs and Mach springs drop the car 1.5" in front and about 1" in the rear. I have TIEN or TEIN (which ever way you spell them) camber plates and their very good as well. I have the springs on my stock MR struts and the drop looks orgasmic. I also have moderate camber up front, -2.5 (nearly maxed out the plates) and -1.5 in the rear. I'm waiting for the rear to settle a bit more but I think it's gone down as much as it can. The car handles and the drop looks . I need new wheels now...

get the camber plates if you auto-x....they'll be a huge help.

i like adding whiteline swaybars front and rear if possible.

the whiteline roll center kit is great as well especially for lowered cars, but it is illegal in most auto-x classes.
