Need help with suspension!

Ok, so lately whenever I take off slow from a stop I hear a clunking noise coming from the front of the car.... and now all of a sudden (yesterday) I start hearing a loud clunk sound every time I hit a bump or take a left turn anywhere from 5-30mph. I was clueless on what the clunking noise could have been until yesterday, and now I am pretty sure that noise is blown front right strut.

But my question is.... after searching and reading threads of similar noises now I think that it may also be my endlinks? I am not sure, because the noise that started yesterday definitely sounds like a strut, but because of that problem I have had with the noise could be be the endlinks also?

I tried taking off my front wheels and pushing/pulling the front sway bar and there is a little movement, but nothing major. Should there be any movement at all?

I just would like some help from expertise and experience because either I can replace the endlinks or buy a new strut (or possibly an entire new strut spring set up for the car). Any advice would be awesome, thanks guys!

Your endlinks have joints that are similar to ball joints. Look to see if there are any tears in it or grease leaking out.

So would I need to replace both the strut and the upper strut mount? Also, where do i get the passenger side mount?

You have to confirm what it is first before you start replacing things. I had the same scenario as you, it wound up being the upper strut mounts.
