Brake Rotors

I need brakes.my car currently has stock rotors with ebc greens(which make alot of dust btw).my rotors have groves in the them.my car has 22k miles.the rotors have a ridge on the face of the rotor around the outside where pad doesnt touch is this normal.i hearing a grinding noise fom left front.i didnt have this until i changed wheels to some volks.caliper was rubbing some but i only drove it down the block and back because of the noise.i got spacers and it looks like theres no rubbing on caliper anymore but grinding noise stayed.im looking for rotors now because of the groves.i dont want slotted or drilled.i was looking at rockauto.com and hey have a set of solid evo rotors made by raybestos anyone ever use them?i will be going with girodisk pads.

Welcome to forum posting dude. Not to be a jerk, but its a LOT easier to get people to answer your questions when you use spaces between your sentences and possibly paragraphs to separate thought structure.

Also, there is this awesome function called search, if you put 'rotors' in the advanced search area, and select the "Evo Tires, Wheels, Brakes & Suspension - Sponsored by The Tire Rack " section, you'll have more questions like this that have been answered 10000 times.

Finally, its grooves, not groves.

Anytime. Cnsider nt mkng post on furm if tehyr gona look lyk yur txtn yur frenz LOL.

No, I've never used raybestos rotors. If you did search on rotors, however, you would see that most people use rotorpros for good, plain OEM replacements that probably would be cheaper (and as good or better) than anything raybestos would use.

MAPerformance, an EvoM vendor carries them.
