Question about Brakes

Every once in a while, when i brake the Master cylinder (I think its the MC) makes a sound. The brake pedal pressure drops and the car brakes more to one side. It occurs if I brake hard or driving 10 mph downhill. Also when I hit a bump as I brake. Any ideas as what it could be. Your help will be greatly Appreciated.

Have you checked your brake lines? Do you have the stainless brake lines or stock?

I used to have stock lines and it did it and the pedal feel was bad. I upgraded to SS lines and the pedal feel is way better but i still does it.
