ROTORPROS discs installed

Hey guys I just finished putting on my new rotors last night. I ordered thru rotorpros. Very good price and outstanding customer service .

As for the rotors i opted for the less cross drilled type. The quality was great. I'm also done breaking them in. Install was a breeze and I only needed help when it came time to bleed the brakes(I used the DOT4 synthetic they had available at vato zone).

The rear discs were a little hard to remove but once I remebered the hand brake was up it made things much easier

I just used a mallet to break the rust in the rear. I also pre sprayed them with the disc brake quiet ( I got it at vatozone for $10)

After the rotors warmed up a bit the bite was awsome. Great product and easy install. Took me about 2 hours to do all four rotors.

very good! I'm in need to rotors now and currently undecide between these rotors (good price), SP and dba4000 rotors. I wonder what I'll be missing (beside brand) from the cheaper rotorpro versus others. I'm already set my mind of Ferodo 2500 (I have it on the other evo and it's great).

When there rusted on find a bolt that will thread into the hole on the rotor hat.
Once you find one just use a screw gun to zip in the bolt and pop off the rotor.
Thata' way there is no banging on the suspension items by accident.

Yes, I've put them on several customer's cars along with my own... best bang for the buck as I was offering the discs AND Hawk HPS pads for about $425 shipped. I don't know if they are still that in expensive, but well worth the money!

425 bucks with pads that is a good deal. I got them shipped to my door for 275 holla dollas. So far so good I have hawks as well they are a little loud once in a while but I'll proabably try the project Mu street pads next time around.

$400 for the rotors alone or with the pads? I got all 4 Rotorpros rotors with the zinc coating for $250 shipped brand new straight from Rotorpros this past May. Don't know why you guys are paying so much.

Pics since the OP didn't put any up. Just imagine the rotors with holes. Haha. $613 shipped for everything in the last pic brand new. The pads are Hawk HP+.

Ive had the same set of rotorpros rotors on my car for 80k+. No shake, shimmy, squeek, or pulse since I took those crap stock brembo pads and rotors off 80k+ ago

i'd have to agree that for the price, they are great for daily driving and stuff. I got Centric blanks and Hawk HPS pads for $340 shipped.

wow you guys got a pretty good deal...and i thought 400 was sweet! oh well still happy with them. how do you like the hawk HP ? like i said i got the hps pads and im a little disappointed. there great pads dont get me wrong, but after some hard driving they do start to fade noticeably. think i may upgrade at some point. going to start autoX soon so im thinking those pads wont hold up great. and your right, they are noisy but not terrible. between the pads, tires, and whinebro, its all good. where did you get the hawk hp pads from btw?

I'll help you out so you don't way overspend like you did on the rotors. Back in May when I was ordering my brake parts, TH Motorsports had the best price for pads that I could find. They are also a vendor on EvoM. Store site
