Am I missing some bolts?

See the three holes there on that dirty beam? Should I have bolts in there? The holes are definitely threaded to accept some sort of stud.

Also, on the two bottom sides of the rear differential there are some large threaded holes. Is that normal too?

I have a copy of the service manual so i'm going to go digging around in there for the answer as well, but I figured that maybe the EvoM community could provide the answer quicker. :P

Thanks in advance,
Terry S

Those three holes were used on the evo4-6s for the exhaust hanger mount.
Seen here:

For some reason mitsi didn't change the casting when they carried that crossmember over to the evo7-9s so you have some extra mounts that do nothing.

As for those mounts on the diff, I have no idea and have been trying to figure it out, unless they were just used during the manufacture.

Gotcha. I dug around in the service manual and couldn't find the answer there. I think your right on the diff holes though since the service manual seems to not address those holes.

I'm trying to chase down a pretty troublesome car/wheel shake and I'm just trying to eliminate every culprit that I can.
