Brakes only squeal when in reverse?

Hey guys, I just did the brake pads on my car yesterday. Everything seems to be good and the car stops fine while going forward with no noise, but there is one odd problem that I noticed...For whatever reason, my brakes squeal pretty loudly when I'm braking while in reverse. Does anyone know what might be the cause of this? It sounds like the squeal is coming from the front driver side wheel too. For what it's worth these are Girodisc Magic Pads. I appreciate the help!

mine squeals too when I'm only in reverse, been doing it since day 1. Friend told me its because of the wear pattern of the pads so when your going in the opposite direction, they will squeal. Whether its true or not, doesn't really bother me.
