Endless or rotara brakes?
Unless you are nearly a pro driver..... The stock setup with an aggressive pad provides plenty of stopping power.
In addition to the above questions....what pads have you run?

A pro driver would arguably do better with the stock brakes. Better braking technique = less fade. But it sure is tough.
Depending on tire choice, MOST people should be good to go with the stock calipers, good pads, and good fluid like Jeff said.

While I agree with stock prolly being good enough my answer is Endless they seem to have a better rep. in actual JDM racing don't quote me on this though. I'm rocking used two piece rotors (non floating) I bought on the cheap so couldn't pass it up and more aggressive pads and lines and fluid upgrades. The return on investment considering my lower skill level makes it not worth it for me to go with BBK from endless rotora alcon mmm Alcon AP racing Brembo etc.....
for me more aggressive pads alone would have done it as I simply wanted a little more initial bite than stock. Once again... for me
Good Luck man
PS the bbk's do look cool and if you are baller .......

I got AP Racing 7040 calipers in the front (their cheaper 6pot model), Dixcel slotted 1pc rotors for front and rear, still using the Brembo 2pot calipers in the rear, and pads from Dixcel. Dixcel is some Japanese subsidiary of AP group.
As Andrew from GTWorx mentioned above, the stock tires simply can't keep up with the brakes. I will need some R compound soon.
Other than that, they are some serious brakes that have progressive feel and consistant once heated (due to the high temp pads).
A lot of the Japanese time attack cars seem to use Endless, most likely because of sponsorship. It seems a lot of track junkies on most forums including evom seem to prefer AP, Brembo (stock ones are good but I'm talking about high end models) and Alcon.
My set up looks kinda ugly though, black calipers and light brown rotors (heat treat) in the front, red calipers and silver rotors at the back.
