No. HDs and the OEM MR Bilsteins are not the same.

 

HDs from tire rack are good-

The HDs have different (slightly stiffer) valving over the MRs. They work extremely well with performance springs (Swifts or GTWorx).

 

^+1. I've ran them on my cars before with great results. Less pitch/roll and still retains good ride quality.

As long as they are Evo fitment - they will be the same size.

I have talked to a few people with Swift MRs and HDs. I run the GSR and HDs. Either is awesome. Comes down to preference, driving style (AX/Track), and whatnots.
