My friend has EXACT THE SAME NOISE on his STI with Megan coilover.

He got some parts from Megan and put them on and the noise is still there.

My right front was clunking. It was the nut under the Dampning adjuster. Problem solved and didn't even have to get dirty haha

I've been driving around with noisy Megans for about a year now. Try the nut the noise was still there. Took Jef Jeske's advice and lubed them puppies up - Completely silent. Thanks a lot, Jeff.

Does the megan coilovers come with a bearing to prevent the coil from making noise during turns?

Or do they basically just come with those useless plastic spacer in between the top spring seat, and the spring?

Might be able to buy a proper bearing from Tein if the spring diameter is the same. It's a round plastic bearing / spacer looking thing that comes with their coilovers (top and bottom half of said spacer spins).

I just installed a set on my car. I am getting some squeaking but it seems to be coming from my tires, as if they are not rolling straight. Has anyone experienced an issue like this? I know I have to get an alignment soon but I want to make sure this is not a serious problem before replacing my tires next week. (don't want to kill my new potenzas)

I realize this doesn't solve your problem, but it's simply the coilovers themselves. They're awful quality, and that's why you pay so little for them. Mine rattled like hell, and I tried anything and everything to fix them...I even bought a new one at one point, and after a couple weeks that one started rattling too. As you can see from my sig, I got rid of them and upgraded You're just going to have to get used to it.

Not every set out there makes noise, but do a quick search and you'll see a ton of people have some sort of issue with them.

Make sure you didn't bend your rotor heat shields. If they are rubbing on the rotor you will get some squeaks!
