Make your own toe bar

How hard is it to get the pieces to make this? just the rear Toe bar.

you need access to a machine shop that's the biggest thing and CAD drawings or something to go off of

lets say this would fits also,(LOOKS About the same) so the left side is complete. Now what do we do about the right side.
