Hi I would like to ask what is the difference in quality or any other between rims statet e.g. for competition use only.
I run mostly hill climbs with my VI and I have 2 sets of these (Speedline and just got Enkei RC-T4)
Why we can not use them on road?

I'm guessing the companies that make them didn't want to pay the government to put a DOT stamp on them. Either that or they wouldn't survive one of the DOT licensing tests.
