Anyone rolling on the Tein FLex...

I'm thinking i'm going to need to be able to "unliven" the ride of the EVO from time to time when the new baby arrives, so i'm looking at some suspension pieces...

i currently am just running the Eibach ProKit, and aside from the fact i hate the uneven wheel gap, i think it's a tad too stiff for the wifey and the baby...

I'm not sure how "soft" the EDFC will allow the car to be sprung though...

any feedback on this setup and what i should expect to pay for it...?

Hi,

I got Tein Flex w/EDFC, even with the "soft" setting, it feel more stiff than stock one, so if you are looking more soft then stock spring, Do NOT go with Tein Flex, it will not happen !!

I have the flex on my car but no edfc yet, like trustz says it's a stiffer ride over stock.

Any coilover will be stiffer than the std Ev suspension

If you want a soft spring with a lowered stance, the Tanabe NF springs would be a good choice

You should check out the JICs from RRE. RRE will supply you with different spring rates than what JICs come with. RRE will tailor the suspension to your needs.
