Urgent Help!! Tire Question

Hey whats up guys? I just bought a set of Work Emotion CR's Specs are 18x9.5 (+20 Offset). Im currently running Swift Springs which has a 1.4" Drop on the Front and .8 Drop on the Rear. Do you guys think I will be able to fit 265/40/18's without having to roll my fenders? Can Evo 9's Handle 265's? Thanks for the help!!

Your rear fenders will need to be rolled and slightly pulled to fit 265's.

the fronts... rock about -3 degrees of camber, and you should be fine.

235s

Your 20mm rear offset is to low. 35mm is about centered in the wheel well.

With a 9.5 inch wheel I wouldn't run less than a 255 or else it would look silly in my opinion. I would probably say just get some 255/35/18's and roll the rears.

Many use 255/35-18 with good results. I'd be more concerned with the width/offset of that wheel rather than the tire size at this point. 9.5 is pretty wide.

that's what I have been told but I live in new York city so I would at least want a 255/40/18 don't want to dent up my rims with a 35

If I may butt in.

Options are:

A. Get narrow rear tires.

B. Roll rear fenders.

C. Buy the correct offset for the rear wheels.

I would just recommend rolling the fenders. A good shop should be able to do it without you even noticing the difference, and the price should only be around $100 for just the rears.
