Rim/Tire/Offset Question.....How big?
Rim/Tire/Offset Question.....How big?
I'm sure the answers are around here somewhere but 30 min of searching and reading haven't found them.
What is the widest rim/tire combo I can run on the APR widebody rear fenders and at what offset?
What is the widest rim/tire combo I can run on ChargeSpeed widebody front fenders and at what offset?
The car has 265/30/18's all the way around on 18x9.5's but I'd like to go wider on both front and rear. Obviously I will need new rims. I assume there is a way to fit 315's on the rear and 275's up front. I just need to know what offset will accomplish this on a set of VOLK GTF's. Thanks!!

For AXing for TTing?
You should be able to stuff in 275/30/18s right now with some light hammering, pulling, and rolling.
I am not a fan of staggering sizes on AWD cars.

I should add I want the tires not to stick out AT ALL. As long as they are flush with the top of the fender lip, I'm good with that.

Its an Evo v. Gallardo. To move those steam rollers your Evo must have a few ponies too. I seriously doubt you will be able it fit all that wheel in there with out tubing or much wider fenders. Those fenders extend 10-20mm correct? You can get wider front fenders also. To know how much you will need to extend the fenders you will need to either mock-up a set of wheels and tires and measure or find someone thats done it...the latter might be harder.

The Evo, at 600awhp spins the tires pretty good in second and third on 8200rpm shifts. I'd like a little more traction in the rear. In truth, I think 295's would do the trick with the bump up to 700awhp which is the next step. BTW, yes the fenders are 20mm. I have the fronts done already and will be doing the rears shortly. The 265's fit on the rear right now with rolled fenders. I'm going to be doing a widebody rear shortly, so hopefully at LEAST a 295 will fit.
