Bilstein HD

Was thinking of ordering the Bilstein HD shocks for my IX but everyone seems to be soldout. Anyone have them in stock? Thanks.

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
Moved to this forum. And contact on of the carrying vendors for an ETA (GTWorx, TireRack, etc).

A gajillion dollars brand new from the stealership, and pretty cheap used in the classifieds here. Usually like 400 to 500 bucks.

I don't like buying used shocks, but when it's Bilstein you can send them to Bilstein West and have them rebuilt/revalved for not too much money. We were thinking about buying up a bunch of used sets and revalving them to perfectly match our GTWorx springs, but we just don't have the time or cash on hand to buy up a bunch of dampers.

^ Yes... that is pretty awesome if you guys did that. Great idea, it's not like you really have to invest too much money into R&D since I'd assume you'd have a basic idea of what specs you want to revalve them to.

Hmmm...i'll bring up the idea. We weren't even planning on continuing production of our springs due to slow sales! The interest has been pretty strong the last couple of weeks though and if there's enough interest we could do another run. The price would go up unfortunately.

I got a set of Bilstein HD's off a fellow forum member (Thanks). Now I'm wondering if the Swift GSR springs I have sitting here are the right ones for these struts? Should I be installing the Swift MR springs instead?
