wheel spacer question

I'm changing my wheels from a set that require both front and rear spacers to a set of rotas which don't require any. Here's my dilemma.

The front spacers have their own wheel studs and once removed the stock studs are there and the rotas fit on fine. In the rear however, the spacers don't come with their own studs they aren't as thick as up front either.

So when I took the rear spacers off I have studs sticking out from the rotor I measured 2 inches long!!!

Wow theres no way I can stick my rotas on there and have my lug nuts tighten them down. So I will have to replace the studs with shorter ones.

First question is how long are the factory studs? I can probably just pick them up from Autozone.

Secondly, will it be ok to run just the 2 spacers in the back for the time being so I can drive my car or is that a bad idea?
