I am not sure the exact offset but think it is a +31 18*8.5 but it does fit the evo. I do have a set of these black and ebony silver

The picture you included shows a 4-bolt pattern rim. Wanna explain how that fits on your Evo???

Ooooppsss!! You guys are right. I took the picture so quick, its was my buddy's wheel and not mine. Same look different bolt pattern and mine has a little more lip.
