i just got a set of KW V3s...no manual was with them....can anyone post up pictures on how to change the damping and bound and rebound etc. like what i need to ajust to make the ride more stiff. thanks guys

and i love them, they are smooth as hell at highway speed...just not as stiff as i thought they would be.
