Fitment Question

I have a 2006 Evo IX with Swift sport springs.

Going to buy Rota 18x9 G-Force wheels. I'm about to order a set of 245/40-18 RE-01R tires from Tirerack since they are on clearance.

Will the 245/40-18s fit with no problem on my car and springs? I want 255/35 but they are out of stock.

Thanks,
Matt

I put some 245/40-18s on my car without problems, I have the hotchkis springs which I believe are lower than swifts.

I have the Rota SVN 18 x 9 with 245-40-R18 Falken Azenis and I have sight rubbing issues in the rear (need to be rolled). I have Tein coilovers so they are not at the same ride height as your ride on springs but just an FYI..I also have slight rubbing in the front at full lock .... wore right through the inner plastic fender (small area).

Hope this helps.
