I am looking for a recommendation for new springs to get my IX a little lower but maintain the ride. I was looking at the WORKS springs, I think an inch drop all around would look good. Not ready for coilovers yet.. Any advice?

I strongly recommend either Tanabe or Espilir..........used both brands and love it in terms of drop and ride comfort..........
