Is this the lower rear control arm or is it a trailing arm?

ok, now does anyone like whitline offer a bushing kit for the lower rear control arms? The bushing towards the center of the car is worn and making a clunking sound.

Go for a factory bush, the only bush worth going after market on that arm is the shock mount as the factory bushes on the inner and outboard mount are a sealed spherical bearing.
