Need Help/Expertise Diagnosing a Problem

I have a set of Zeal Function Xs, spring rate is 10k F/R. As of recent (a day ago) this is what happens:

I’ve begun to hear a sort of clunking noise coming from the front right coilover, only at very low speeds and usually when turning into uneven pavement or a dipped surface. I live on a gravel road, and every little bump or dip causes a sort of clunk noise (almost sounds like a metal-to-metal sound). When I go over big speed humps or larger dips in the road (pothole-esque) there is no noise made, its usually at low speed with little bumps.

Is this in fact the coilover or would it seem to be another issue.

Any help is greatly appreciated

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
Check to see:

--All height perches are tight
--Fluid leaking out of the shock

Ok there is no fluid leaking out of the assembly, I checked this.

I will check height perches later.

The coilovers have about 20k miles on them
