fitment help with 18x9 + 20 offset

I'll be lowered on swift sport springs. I was wondering if 18x9 +20 will fit? If so, what tire size? Would I need spacers (front/back)? Fenders need to be rolled (front/back)? The rim has a 4.7 inch lip, not sure if that makes a difference (I assume the offset already accounts for that?) Are there any other rim specs I need to keep in mind when fitting it? Thanks in advance

Stock now, havent got them yet. need to make sure it will work 1st. They are called Axis widetrack. They're a little heavy but I plan to get light tires to compensate

You should have no problem running them. You'll be sticking them out over 30mm further, but you'll gain inner clearance. You'll be best running 235 or 245 tires and will need a rear fender roll.

not sure on the spacers on the front, but as stated above, you will need some rolling in the rear. I'm running +22 all around and did not require spacers up front.
