What offset for 265/35/18 help please..

What offset for 265/35/18 help please..
Hello this is a ? for my friend. He has an 03 Evo and wants to put TSW NOGARO18x8 on. He wants to run 265/35/18. he knows he has to roll the rear fender not sure about front... And what offset should he ues??? All stock suspension... Thanks

Stock rims are 17x8 +38.
PS - 265 on an 8in rim is a bit much.
