Is installing only front springs okay?

I want to lower my car, but I don't want the rear to have a sag and keep it in its place to give it a stance. I have the Eibach Pro kit lowering springs and I was wondering if I can just install the fronts dropping 1 inch or so and still be okay with handling. The load charts are similar to stock, and I am not sure what other effects it will have on the handling aspect. Is there anything that I should be worried about before attempting this? Thanks in advance.

No, install both. They pair spring rates. Just doing one end can have very negative effects on both spring rates and rake.
