Exclamation Did I ruin them?

Alright I'm hoping my idiocy didn't ruin my Whiteline Rear Bump steer kit...I got these in a few weeks ago and they've been sitting on my desk ever since. While I was reading an email I decided (don't ask me why) to take the bushings and inserts out of the packaging and put everything together. I'm a total noob when it comes to these things but I figure that I won't be able to install these guys now. Would I ruin them if I used a press to get the inserts out and then installed everything on the car? Thanks

Take them apart in the opposite way you put them together. I don't really understand why you think you ruined them.

The issue is with taking them apart. While it was relatively easy to press the inserts in with my finger, it now seems nearly impossible to get them out. My worry is that if I use a press or some other powerful tool to remove the inserts, I will be risking the overall integrity of the bushings.
