Problem: Brakes not feeling responsive

So this is possible a big newbie question. I have an 2006 evo mr. Recently got the car, the brakes were very responsive and quick. Last week or so the brakes have been feeling less then responsive and stopping distance has increased alot. ABS still works ( had to stop downhill on a mud covered road). The pads are still in good condition and the rotors appear to be in good condition. I was thinking maybe the master cylinder having a leak or something. But im really unsure where to start troubleshooting and the nearest mitsubishi dealership is over 60 miles away.

Thanks in advance

Glazed pads, cooked fluid (needs to be bleed lines).

Glazed pads look mirrored like this:

So Ill make a trip to the store for some new pads and fluid, and hopefully the problems solved. So does that mean you doubt the master cylinder is fine?

You don't need to take the caliper off man just knock the pins back and slide the pads out. BREMBOS FTW

Many good ones listed here:

GiroDisc Magic are OE replacements. GS6's increased bite, GS5/DS2500/ULT more bite, etc.
