Ok I am stuck I want to lower the Evo some,I am looking at the Eibach Prokit for a 1.2 drop all around which I would like to do so I don't have issues that I have read some have " Not all". The other is the Tanabe GF210's. I would really like to drop the car 2 inch's but without coils I dont see that happening.
Why not simply save the money and wait to buy coilovers like you said? If you must have springs consider the Workx and gtworx springs also. I wouldn't waste time with cheap springs but that's just my opinion and you are asking so......
Good Luck

No, I value everyones opion but Im looking more at maybe a year before I get coilovers and so thats why I am looking at "cheaper" springs. Alsoof people like megans Coilovers so I am thinking of tring their springs.

From: somewhere testing various tires, brakes, and suspensions.
Cheap springs (too low, too soft) blow struts. Good springs (Swift, GTWorx, RobiSpec) work great on our struts.
And, a properly setup spring, sway, strut combo will perform better than the cheap coil-overs.
Cheap coil-overs have valving all over the place, unknown internals, and mis-matched spring rates.

I just looked and the Megan Lowering springs are 280kg/mm front and 250kg/mm in the rear with is like a 5.0K F and 4.2 R with a 2.0 F and 1.9 R lowing "claimed".

Let me save you some money and grief... follow SmikeEvo's advise on springs. You are better off with one of those choices or NOTHING!!!! I recommend the GTWorx springs myself for a real world driver. Most the other springs on the market less those three are just trash.
I just bought the Eibach pro kit and after looking at my car again id probally want to drop the rear .2inch less so the rear is slightly higher than the front, so hopefully it looks alright and handels well for now untill I get coils.

Thanks for the replies everyone and also ZEUS your reply is not worht it I asked for advice not childish banter. I hve decided to go wait until I can get the Coils and I am going to go with Megan More then like since there are not ISSUES with them. There are just some members who prefer to go with over priced stuff. If I was a heavy Track runner then I could see spending a little more.
Beissen, do as you want. But you came here asking for advice and people gave it to you. Unfortiently it was not what you wanted to hear.
There are many knowledgeable people here, like Smike, GTWORX and Zeus that are trying to help you. For performance, SMike already gave you your options.
But if you JUST want a dropped car and don't care about cr@ppy cornering, bad ride quility, and blown struts very soon, then go with whatever you want. Tein and Megan's both offer springs that drop your car around 2", but remember, you been warned.

i have the Eibachs on my car for over a year, and I have had no problems, except with my tires that I had on there, they were 245/45/18, and they rubbed a bit, now running 245/40/18 and having no problems at all. the only problem that I have is that the roads here in VA are garbage.
