SO... I know that bushings wear out therfore causing the car to loose that good ol' Evo stiffness around the corners and curves. Besides replacing my fwd and rear sway bars... What would anyone recommend to improve the handling of the car? What parts, brand etc.

If a bushing goes bad you should be able to feel or hear the signs, clunking on speed bumps, for example. If it doesnt feel as stiff on turns, could be you are getting used to the car, or maybe even as simple as your tire pressures need to be checked. bushings wear out, but they are either good or bad.

Check
Tie rods .
Tires and pressure.
Struts/shocks .
Overtightened or loose sway bars (End Links)
Did you also add anything to the car such as weight ?
Speakers and Ect can make it heavier and make it feel like that .
