Spacer questions

I did a search on spacers and came up with plenty of answers, I couldnt find one that tells me if i can run an 8mm spacer safely without moving on to extended bolts? Would it be safe, how many turns would i get and how many turns are required to define "safe"?

I run 10mm spacers on the front of my track car and I wouldn't dare dream of not having APR extended studs.

I forgot home many "turns" are safe, but usually 5mm is the most you want to run with stock studs.

It should be 6-8 turns is the minimum recommended amount of turns for a 5x114.3.

^+1. Get extended studs. Cheap insurance for safety sakes.
I ran 5mm spacers before on stock studs and only got 4 turns max.
