d2 coilovers, chasis brace

i was browsing online and i saw d2 makes a 36 way adjustable coilover kit for the 06 evo anyone have experience with these ???

also the factory tie bar on my evo the one closest to the cat got bent the other day and i bought a GTSpec ladder brace to replace the OEM tie bars, however one of the holes isnt lining up correctly because the factory tie bar closest to the cat got bent. my question is would be ok if i hit the bracket in more to make it align better ?? its only off by like under a half inch

d2 - cheap. Expect performance to be in line with that.

What will you be using the car for? I would put a lot of research into your suspension.

the 36 way adjustable thing doesn't mean anything....36 clicks of adjustment doesn't mean anything if all 36 suck. often times the adjustments don't actually do anything or are completely inconsistent.

step back and think about what Smike said....what's going to important is figuring out what you need for YOUR uses.

i'd recommend you steer clear of d2. their stuff are cheap, but you get what you pay for. coming from the honda area myself, i'd say d2 did not excel in the honda market either.

When installing my Carbing 6-point chassis brace I had to gently tap a few things with a rubber mallet and push with my feet to get the last bolt lined up. Glad I got the Carbing bar so everything stays nice and straight from here on out! Gently work it in though, don't just bang away until its mashed into place; loosen all the bolts so you can move the brace around a bit and get all the bolts started before tightening any of them down.

Contact Andrew at GTWorx.com for the Swifts. And you can pair them up with Bilstein MR or HD struts.

Ive never had an issue with a set of D2's yet.. They work very well for the price when setup with the right springs...
