Unhappy Urgent Brake Bleeding help needed!

So I'm having some problems bleeding the brakes. Well actually only one caliper. The last one in the process, passenger front. I have fallowed the bleeding order and I am using the twoman method. All the other calipers bleed without a problem no bubbles, and bleed quick. But when I got to the front second nipple the brakes feel mushy and dont get stiff after some pumpage???

When I go to open the bleeder it bubbles like a champ and struggles to shoot out any brake fluid . I also took off the brakes and reinstalled them on this caliper so maybe that could be the reason? They seem to be on correctly though.. Need some serious advise its my DD & its on jacks as I type lol. Thanks

You must have a massive amount of air in the line so I guess just keep bleeding it. Hopefully you've already got in bled!

Didn't you separate a caliper? I strongly recommend getting everything professional checked out that you have changed/worked on.

If you did separate the caliper then yes, I would get that checked out for sure. Also, if dirt/debris gets built up inside the bleeder screw then it will block brake fluid from flowing out-its happened to me on a few cars I did brake flush on. I ended up having to completel remove the bleeder screw--poking it with a small wire and spray with brake clean, to get all the gunk out, then it was fine.

Yes I did separate the caliper then put everything back together.

If nobody with brake experience can help me then I will end up going to a shop.

I think you should take it in. You could have a major issue with what you have done. Brakes are a safety item. I would not screw around here.

I re bled the brakes and there turned out to be tons of air pockets in there. The brake is now firm but not like it use to be. Taking it in tomorrow.
