Lifting Off
DMS, Hotbits, Pedders, Tein Dirtra, and a lot of money. There are others, but I can't recall and they are surely extremely expensive.
Most of these are expensive not only because they are tough, but also because more important than lift, the shock design allows for longer travel. Despite being durable and expensive, many may also benefit from frequent rebuild service.
You can raise some aftermarket coilovers to higher than stock, but without the extra travel, the additional height isn't beneficial except for ground clearance.

Apparently they are beefy but won't break the bank. Come with a lifetime warranty anyways. Not sure how high you can go with them. Send them an email.
