Need help on wheels!!....

I was planning to buy my rims and tires today, but need your guys opinion on this setup before i pay for them:

18x10 +35 offset with 255/35/18 tires......i know there is going to be alot of rear fender rolling and have to do some camber adjustments in the front for sure (maybe in the rear too) to tuck these rims.....has anyone tired this setup before???...i know people have done 18x9 +30 offset or 18x9.5 +20, +22, +30, & +35 and had success on their plans for their evo's......the reason i am wanting these 18x10 +35 because they only make them in the color i want.....the guy said it will fit with coilovers, rear fender work and front camber.....also he told me this size and offset is less aggressive then a 18x9.5 +22 offset setup by 10mm less (which a 18x9.5 +22 will stick out a little out of the fenders).....any info or help will be great....thanks harvey

I say go for it! I would run a 265/35-18 tire over the 255. The stock tires 235/45-17's are 25.3" tall. The 265/35-18 are the same 25.3" tall. The 255/35-18 are 25.0" tall.

A 10" wheel with +35 offset will stick out of the fender about the same as a 9.5" with a 29 offset just to give you an idea. I'm currently running a 9.5 +35 with 255's and a 15mm spacer in front and don't have any rubbing issues. I haven't looked to see how close the rim is to the shock on the inside though so I'm not sure how much clearance you'll have there. They should fit fine in the front and I don't think you'll have much trouble getting them to fit in the rear either.

that would be cool if the 18x10 will be like the 18x9.5 with +35 offset.....i have a friend here in town that have the ce28 in that size and offset and has the KDW tires on them and they flushed right at the end of the fenders...hopefully i wont have to run spacers in the front cuz im trying to buy some coilovers before the rims get here.....the coilovers will make a big difference on clearance issues and i can camber the fronts with the 18x10 rims im getting soon....they are shipping it out tomorrow....also i was thinking about the 265 size tires but they told me if im planning to dump the car with these rims, a 255 will be better cuz it will be stretched a little on the rims......i hope everything is going to work out when they come in....

well just got the rims on the car.....the front have barely any clearance with the stock shocks (less then a finger space between the lip of the rim and the shock so i didnt have to use spacers) and same clearance in the rear. ordering my coilovers so i can tuck the rims in and will roll the rear fenders....here are the pics:

Im 275s all the way around with a 9.5(+40) and 10mm spacer to clear my front coilovers. Rears fit perfect with rolled fenders.
