need tire ordering help

Well i took my tire off today cause i wanted to check the brakes and i discovered that my tire has 3 bubbles on the side wall on the inside of the tire! so i kno i need to have the replacement tire shaved but how i go about measuring the tires to kno how much to have shaved?

You can measure the depth this way

Naa lol Just follow the directions and that will give you a good idea of what you have. Might be worth a trip to AutoZone or something to pick up a depth gauge.

well here are my results the channel closest to me has more tha 2/32 less than 4/32 the center channel looks just like the quarter with 4/32 on your guide

Might as well buy a new set of 4 since the depth is down to 2/32 on the inside?

roger will do so soon wll atleats 17k mi. out of these compared to stockers at 11.5k mi.
