Problem with the brakes

Hi I have a problem with my brakes, when I start the car, the couple of first times I brake, the brake pedals gets hard, and the pedal feels like it is jumping on my feet, also it doesn't brake well and there is a strange noise in the front like something is rubbing to something and it is like something were trying to lock to something else, the thing is that when the anti lock turns on, the sound, the pedal feeling stops and the braking gets normal I've already change the brake lines, brake pads, brake fluid but nothing happens, I really be thankful if you could help me!!!

if you think it is an abs problem you may be able to pull the abs fuse - that will disable the system.

This may be best addressed by the dealer. ABS is a complicated system.
