Tein Flex Vs. SS

Will the SS be good enough? I go the track every other moth if my tires/wallet permit. I have a few ?'s

1) What are the differences( spring rate, adjustability, etc)
1a) pros and cons(if any) of each setup

2) Does the SS come with adj. camber plates?

3) Basically are the SS good enough. Anybody with experiance????

When the SS are on the stiffest setting wont this be enough? or not? Anybody care to enlighten me?
