winter tire question.

Do you think I will get any wheel rub running 225/55/17 studded winter tires with swift sport springs?

I would go with 50 series but the selection/price is much better in 55. I actually wouldn't mind the larger sidewall for winter either.

Your gonna rub with a 55. Wait till you start getting some snow packed in the wheel wells and see what happens.

You may be okay. You do realize that just the 50 series is like .5" total diameter larger. The 55 series is over an inch larger. That would def be pushing it on a car that's lowered. It's also going to make your speedo read slower then your actually going.

I just found the ones I want in 225/45/17. That should be good. Thanks.
