Roll Center kit on non lowered Evo?

So I think I have a bad lower ball joint, and looking at my options the white line kit seems to be the best one. I just got the car a couple of weeks ago and is not lowered yet and I was trying to put that off til the spring. My question is will there be negative effects of having the roll center kit on a stock height car or should I go ahead and spend the money to lower it as well?

From my understanding via a local shop, it is not absolutely required on a stock ride height or slightly lowered evo but highly recommended if you want to go very low or if you do any type of competition or club events.

I know it is not required on a stock height Evo. I am asking if it is ok to use it on a stock height Evo. I thought I read somewhere that it was nto to be used with stock height cars.
