suspension setup help

Hey guys, i just bought an '05 evo ssl. It drives good and everything feels tight, but I'm wondering about how you guys set up your suspensions. As i bought it, it has a set of coil overs from a company called PIC. They're a smaller company and the coilovers really aren't anything to go crazy over but i feel like they're still held back by the way they're set up. I think they have either 8/10 kg f/r springs or a 10/12 split.

Anyways, my question comes in here. My car handles pretty neutral(a very small amount of understeer), but when I'm cornering real hard it just loses grip sooner than i'd like it to. Who out there can suggest a good baseline ride height to set? Or good baseline alignment specs? I would also like to get sway bars and those roll-center adjust tie rod ends. What sway bars will give me a very neutral feeling car that generates alot of grip? I know alot of people like to only do the rear sway bar, but I feel that balance is more important than trying to eliminate understeer with shortcuts.

p.s.- my car is on bridgestone potenzas 235/45/17 set to the proper pressures.
sorry if this is a total noob question, but i figured along with my searching this would help me cut through the stuff I'm not concerned with.

Tires are the biggest issue a far as traction. I've considered the PICs before, and thing their setup is pretty decent. You dont really need a sway bar just yet. Try an alignment of -2 inf front, and -1.5 to -1.8in the rears, 0 toe. That should help a bit. Good luck.
