Coilover spring swap

I am planning to get some coilovers soon for my evo 8, most likely Stance GR+ as I found a good deal and only good reviews about them. The thing I have a question on is swapping out the springs that come with the coilovers. I recently read that rear spring rates should probably be stiffer than the front, so I am going to swap out the springs that come with the Stances for some swift coilover springs. I was first wondering if 9kg/mm front and 11kg/mm rear is a good idea, and what inner diameter is good, the choices being 60mm or 65mm, and then what length, 6", 7", 8", or 9". This will be for daily driving on horrific massachusetts roads. Thanks to anyone willing to read all this and help!

We can get you the Swifts you need in the required length and diameter. 9k/11k is a little stiff for daily driving on crappy MA roads. I might go a little softer.
