Need Help deciding a new tire

I Know this has been talked about on here before but I need help deciding on which all weather tire to go with. I use my car as a DD and I do drive in the snow. I have narrowed down my choices to:

Falken Ziex 912
Toyo Proxes 4
Kumho Ecsta ASX

If you guys have any other suggestions please let me know. I am trying to stick to that price range.

I am here in the NW burbs and I have the falken 912 its an okay tire but I should have bought winter tires instead. Any all-weather tire is still going to suck on snow. ITs better than driving on a summer tires though.

Not sure on the others as we don't carry them, but the Kumho has been an above avg performer for quite a while. Good a/s, wear, handling, etc. Really nice bang for the buck.

The HTR Z-III is a summer only tire. Good for FL... bad for Chicago

Bought my Falken Ziex 912 last year before winter and it did quite well.
